Coconut pancakes:

275 ml coconut milk
¾ cup ww flour
4 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp caster sugar
50 g desiccated coconut
1 egg
Vegetable oil for frying
Lime wedges and maple syrup to serve

1500 cal the right way:

Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 ww english muffin, 1/2 c berries

Snack: 1/4 c hummus,1 med. cuc

Lunch : 4 oz ground turkey cooked w/ spices, 1/4 c beans, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, 1tbsp guacamole, salsa

Snack: 1/2 c fat free greek yogurt, 1 hand nuts, 1 tbsp honey

Dinner: 4 oz meat, 1 c cooked green beans, 1 sm sweet potato

Night snack: 1 baked apple, 2 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey
